How can I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 30 minutes of being placed. Please contact us immediately at support@eleanorandclaire.com. After this period, your order enters processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return instructions and address. Return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
